Tips of installation
1. Cleaning the surface with rubbing alcohol prior to installing the vinyl will help with adhesion and clean any contaminants that may cause imperfections.
2. Using a heat gun can aid in the installation by making the vinyl more pliable and also help remove wrinkles
3. Using a soft rubber squeegee will help smooth out bubbles and wrinkles 4, you could buy the best heat gun and car wrap squeegee in our company.
Questions you may ask:
1. How much vinyl does it take to wrap a car?
For a sedan, about 15 meters without any mistakes. 1 roll of size 1.52x30m could be used for 2 cars. A larger car will obviously take a little more.
2. What application method do we use on this film?
This film should be used with the dry application method after the surface has been cleaned and no oils, grease, wax, or other contaminants are on the surface.
3. When could I get my cargo?
We use Fedex,DHL,UPS,TNT,EMS to send cargo. Cargo will be sent out as soon as payment received.
Usually it takes 7-8 days. However, if you need cargo urgently, the fastest express will be arrange for your order and takes 4-5 days.
4. How long will this vinyl last?
Most vinyls will not last 3 years outdoors, it may not even last one winter. Our vinyls will last 5 to 6 years outdoors and up to 7-8 years indoors.
5. Would it hurt car paint after removing?
It is extremely easy to remove, the air channels will allow you to push the bubbles with relative ease as to not scratch or damage the surface like other vinyls.
6. How could I learn to wrap a car with this film, this is my first try?
